winters on winter and her winter plans

It's hit winter weather here and I'm not able to stop an enjoy the cold just yet due to assignments. It's pretty awful. I can sleep with my window open, without my fan on and snug in my warm pj's. Warm in the sun, cool in the shade and perfect cuddle temperatures. I'm delighting in the fact that I can wear my onesie without dying of heat-stroke finally.

What I'm not delighting in are the assignments due, and the exams. Within the next two weeks, before the 31st, I must complete two massive essays and have them handed in. I'm going away the weekend of the 31st to go to Sydney for All Hell Breaks Loose IV (AHBL4), a fabulous Supernatural convention.

So, I'm staying with my darling best friend Caitlin, and bringing my other darling best friend Leah along for the ride.

Plans are set, accommodation is Caitlin's house, and our spending money is saved for photo ops and food. It's all very exciting that I'll get to bask in the glory of my Sydney friends again, and have the weekend off to relax and just be; instead of my current state of worrying and fretting over assessment as I am now.

And because I don't find myself terribly interesting I figure I'll leave you with a gorgeous 8tracks soundtrack that, while it may be fandom related (Courfeyrac from Les Misérables is my fictional counterpart, let's leave it at that), is still making my life right now.
